Supporting our work

Cheerful givers

We believe that God promises to provide for his church, but we are all called to play our part in the mission and ministry of Jesus to preach the gospel in word and deed, care for those in need, and to be joyfully generous with the time and resources we have been given.

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who gives regularly (or occasionally) to enable this to happen in our parish.  We use your donations to support the vicar, running and maintaining our wonderful worship and community space, youth and school’s work, services, communications, and wider ministry across the Diocese of Norwich through our Parish Share contribution.   Income from hall hire and car parking also helps pay for this work.  We also raise money for international and local charities and organisations such as Fairtrade, Norwich Foodbank, Diocesan Appeals, English+, City Saints in Action and Christian Aid.

We need your support!

If you attend or visit St Luke’s, we would love you to prayerfully consider making a regular donation to support the church if you are not already doing so.  As well as giving at church services, you can make a one-off or regular donation to St Luke’s through our BT Mydonate page.  There are no fees for using this service, and you can donate from a bank account or credit or debit card.  Plus, they’ll reclaim the Gift Aid for us!

If you would prefer to set up a standing order and are a tax payer, please print, complete and bring the St Luke’s Gift Aid declaration to church and give it to the Treasurer c/o 61 Aylsham Rd, Norwich, NR3 2HF.

Did you know too that you can use the online tool Give As You Live, so when you make online purchases, St Luke’s church will receive a donation – at no cost to you?

Thank you!
